This Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the legally binding terms for your participation with the American Institute of Personal Injury Physicians (AIPIP), purchase of AIPIP products and services, and use of the AIPIP website including www.aipip.com and other associated websites (collectively, “the Services”). This is a legally binding Agreement between you and AIPIP, SS, LLC (“Business Advisor”). By signing, activating the “accept” button, or by using the services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with it, you should not complete this agreement, leave the AIPIP website and discontinue the use of any AIPIP materials and/or services immediately.

AIPIP Purchases/Program. The AIPIP program is a suite of services designed to help physicians improve their understanding of Personal Injury. This may include different components, including live seminars, self-study programs, recorded materials, coaching, consulting, workshops, and/or other products and services. While a program may be purchased by your business entity, each client is assigned a unique username and password, and should only be used by one individual. You agree not to share call-in numbers, passwords, protected links, etc. to non-clients. All AIPIP materials, resources, hard copy products, etc. are for use only by the provider/office activating this account.

Payment. Your purchase will be indicated on your confirmation form. There are no refunds once a payment has been processed or a website user name and password has been provided. You agree to pay the amount agreed and not to cancel this transaction with your bank or credit card company. AIPIP, SS, LLC, is not responsible for any overdraft charges, over limit charges, or NSF fees by your bank or credit card company. You agree to contact AIPIP to resolve any problem with your purchase. Fees for all services are due in full at time of service, unless other arrangement have been made and agreed to in writing by AIPIP, SS, LLC. If you have any questions regarding your purchase, please contact AIPIP. AIPIP, SS, LLC cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the products or services. AIPIP, SS, LLC makes no representations or warranties as to specific outcomes or business results. AIPIP, SS, LLC does not guarantee that your business will be successful or make a profit.

Any hard-copy material(s) should be immediately downloaded to your computer in case of product loss (i.e. Discharge Summary, etc.). Any replacements of hard-copy materials, including DVD’s will only be done for current and up-to-date AIPIP clients. The fee for replacement of said materials will be made at 50% the current AIPIP price.

Coaching and Consulting. All coaching and consulting fees are nonrefundable. All coaching will be provided by an AIPIP, SS, LLC approved coach. Coaches may provide advice of a general nature. Seek the advice of a licensed and trained professional in areas where a professional opinion is appropriate, i.e., Personal Injury law, tax, etc. No coaching services will be provided until fees are received. Your coach makes no representations or warranties as to specific outcomes or business results and cannot guarantee that your business will be successful or make a profit.

If an event is cancelled because of circumstances outside AIPIP’s control (force majeure such as natural disaster, facility shutdown, etc.), AIPIP will not offer cash refunds, but will apply participants’ payments to future events. If a participant cannot attend an event they have paid for, AIPIP will allow the participant to apply the payment to future events, but will not refund the money in cash.
